New Back-issues

I won these on Ebay at the weekend. Old Bronze-age comics from 1974 and 1975. The Dracula is not in the greatest condition but it was acutately described and CHEAP. I am gradually ticking off the issues on these two classic bronze-age titles.

I've noticed they're the first actual comics for a bit - concentrating on trades etc and keeping to my strict budget has limited my purchasing - but as I keep saying, I've got enough to read really.

Fool's Errand. Tawny Man Book 1

I will finish this book tonight and will start book 2 whilst on holiday next week. Having more time to read should help speed up my progress!

Batman Year One Part 4

Batman 407 which is Part 4 of Year One has a great cover, but the action as depicted on the cover doesn't occur in the issue. Again the primary focus is on Gordon with (it seems) more pages devoted to his crusade to stamp out corruption within Gotham's police than Bruce Learning how to be Batman.

The alliance is forged at the end with Bruce/ Batman saving Gordon's baby boy. Whatever happened to him?

I great 4 parter and it makes me want to read Daredevil Born Again once more.
